In the last video, we talked about the historical process that gave us the Bible - from the human side. In this video, we're going to talk about what Jews, Catholics, and Protestants believe about God's side of the Bible's story. Some questions we'll touch on are:
Did God write the Bible?
Can we prove that God wrote the Bible?
How do we know that the Bible is God's Word?
Spiritual readers of the Bible believe that God "inspired" Scripture. But what does that mean, and how is it supposed to work? We'll talk about what the Bible itself actually says about the writers' experiences as they wrote the Bible.
And for all you Christian mystics, we'll talk about the test that we can run to see if the Bible truly is divinely inspired.
