Explanation (spoilers) :Lupe is the sister of alvaro the boy who stands next to mia, lupe has always had beef with mia because lupe is very insecure and doesn't know how to deal with it. Lupe found out that her father Ramiro is not actually her real father but Mia's, That's why Lupe had pushed the DNA results against Mia in this episode. Mia had always thought that both her parents were dead and she never really met her father so that was a shock. Alvaro and Mia were just dating and now it turned out that Mia, Alvaro and Lupe were brother and sisters, well.. half.
