Best ever BURGER KING ONION RINGS recipe/ Crispy and simple Onion rings/ பர்கர் கிங் ஆனியன் ரிங்ஸ்

Описание: The very famous burger king onion rings recipe . No one would ever miss the best of rings from burger King. The onion rings are so delicious and you have to order two always. This is near equal to what is there.

RECIPE DETAILS
INGREDIENTS
White onion - 2 ( chopped)
Green chiili - 2 to 4 ( as per you taste)
bread( white or brown unsweetened/unsalted) - 2 slices
Bread crumbs
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
salt


Grind all the above into coarse paste and transfer to a bowl.
Add chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs or fine sooji/Rava or Pulsed poha . this will absorb the moisture that the onion oozes out. ( do not skip)
Now take a piping bag without any nozzle or cut the corner of the ziplock cover and fill in the onion paste
Start piping small circles .Make sure you close the edges and make a full circle.
Freeze it for about 4 hours( do not skip)
After 4 hours the rings are firm enough to fry
make a paste ( all purpose flour( 2 tbsp) and little water )
Dip the rings and coat with bread crumbs (Again you can use fine rava for coating as optional)
Fry in medium heat oil until it turns nice golden color and crisp
Serve with ketchup
