Meet the cheesecake that looks accidentally burnt but tastes intentionally amazing!!!
Start by whisking 450g cream cheese with ¾ cups caster sugar until smooth, creamy, and free of regrets, then add 3-4 eggs, 160ml double cream, and 1 tsp vanilla extract and whisk until the mixture is silky enough to impress. and ½ tsp vanilla extract, mixing until silky and luxurious. Gently fold in 1½ tsp all-purpose flour and 1½ tsp corn flour. Pour the batter into an 18cm tin and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until the top is gorgeously golden and slightly rebellious. When the center still has a confident jiggle, it's ready, cool to room temperature, chill for at least 6-8 hours or overnight, then slice, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and enjoy a smaller but equally indulgent bite of creamy perfection. and don't forget to save and share this recipe with your fellow cheesecake lovers.
