My Ford Focus RS NEEDS this Gearbox! | PROJECT PART 10

Описание: My project Focus RS keeps on growing, but what about installing a sequential gearbox next?! On a visit to Mountune after a service and a few updates following the 500hp upgrade, I take their development car out for a test drive, now fitted with the Quaife gearbox. I think this is going to have to be coming up next!

The car went to Mountune for a number of things including the first year service, some updates following the miles on the car and new development work, and the installation of the Pro Alloy header tank. While we're in we also fit the TUFSKINZ interior trim pieces to add even more carbon look to the inside.

However, they also invited me to take another quick look at their development car that since I last drove it has had the Quaife 5 speed sequential gearbox installed. With a setup like this it's a different mentality to drive, but could not feel closer to a racecar setup on the road, and in turn would pull even more power and performance out of it.

What do you think then, should this be my next modification, fitting the sequential gearbox to my Focus RS?
