FastR have today unveiled the latest iteration of their well-known Bentley
Continental GT3. The car, originally campaigned by Luke Clayton in the UK Time Attack series, of which FastR is the title sponsor, has been under development for the last 18 months.

The Continental GT3, which is normally prepared and campaigned by Roger Clark Motorsport here in the UK, has undergone drastic surgery in order to take on the fearsome Pikes Peak later this year.

Still running the original engine, albeit heavily modified, the car runs on renewable fuel.

The Bentley team are no stranger to Pikes Peak, with their Continental GT holding the record for Fastest Production Car, and the Bentayga retaining the record for Fastest SUV. During initial testing, the FastR Continental unofficially broke the outright lap record at Wales’ Anglesey circuit, despite running on reduced boost and at less than 100% pace.

Bentley and FastR will together attempt the class 1 Pikes Peak record at the hands of Rhys Millen, a previous Pikes Peak multiple Record holder, at the 99th running of the event, due to take place in June this year.


Luke Clayton, FastR, said: “It’s great to finally be able to talk about what has been an amazing project to be involved in. The Continental GT3 in standard form is a beast, but it has been turned into a monster. I’m super excited about seeing the car at the hands of Rhys, who is a spectacularly talented driver, and am itching to get out to Colorado Springs to see what it can do.
“With this being a project lead by the Bentley Motorsport programme, it’s been an incredibly humbling thing to be part of”
