• Since 10 crores is less than 1000 crores, the sponsors can reduce their ownership by 10 crores worth of shares each year.
1. After 20 Years:
The statement indicates that the reduction will continue for a total of 20 years. After 20 years, the sponsors may have significantly reduced their initial 15% holding based on the lower of 1 percent or 1000 crores.
