Self-Doubt and how to manage it

Описание: Am I really worth it? Is something I am constantly asking myself, and for as long as I remember I've always experienced feelings of self-doubt and uncertainty about certain aspects of my life. I have learnt over the years that this is something that I can manage, and that there are many other people that have these same feelings. This video is another passion project that I've been working on, on and off for the last year. I finally got some inspiration to finish it while travelling through Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia.
I definitely have doubt about posting it for the world to see, but this is one way to challenge myself to overcome these fears.
