This is the 3rd video of my ukraine travel series, where we will explore 3 main attractions near the city center area (Independence square). All these 3 places can be covered by walking in a single day.
Volodmyr Park is situated on a hill and is connected to the Friendship of the Nation's Arch via a bridge called the "Friendship Bridge". You get a spectacular view of the city and the Dniper river from various points of the Friendship Arch as well as from the bridge. The Volodmyr park connects with major attractions like the St. Andrew's Cathedral and further to the Andriyivskyy Descent, which is a major commercial area of the city.
The park also has an entrance to the Funicular which connects it to the Podil Neighborhood.
