Here’s how to make it:

1. Carefully peel the husk and fold in down, keep it intact by tying another piece of husk around or using a string. Alternatively, use canned whole baby corn
2. Grill the baby corn on a cast iron with a little bit of olive oil, just until all sides are evenly browned
3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, salt, and preferred seasonings. I used Osmo’s new Garden Harvest Blend (Thank you Osmo and Nick for the gift!)
4. Brush the grilled baby corn with the flavored butter and enjoy fresh!
