In this video I walk through my experience installing the Gozmilo FOCstrot V2 VESC Upgrade Kit on my MagWheel T3 – from the initial “cheap board with a maybe-dead battery” to a dialed-in, Onewheel-like ride that I actually trust and enjoy.

I cover what comes in the kit, some of the surprises during the install, the software/firmware headaches I ran into, and how good the board feels now that it’s properly tuned.
