GUYS!!! I'm so excited to be doing this back to school collab and giant back to school giveaway with Morgan!! I know I've done lots of school life hacks before on my channel, but these specifically are back to school life hacks for the FIRST DAY! Whether you're going into high school or college, I think you'll find these to be very helpful. Don't forget to comment what grade you're in! Love you guys and see you in my next video!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL LIFE HACKS:
1. Write down the names of new kids you meet on a note in your phone, alone with something distinct about them.

2. Walk out your schedule before the first day, that way you know your way around and don't risk being late for any classes!

3. Set your phone background as either a campus map or your class schedule! Whichever you think you may need to refer back to more.

4. Hold off on back to school shopping until after the first week. That way you can survey the scene: what's cool what's not... and avoid matching lots of other kids.

5. Take notes by hand rather than with a computer! You're way more likely to remember info when it comes to the test.

6. Avoid buying textbooks until the teacher assigns reading and makes it clear that you ACTUALLY need to purchase the books (as opposed to renting or checking out from a library).

7. Make a point of introducing yourself personally to all your teachers after class on the first day!

8. Get a ride to school the first couple days! That way you avoid potentially missing buses, taking the wrong one, etc.

9. Put your phone in a cup to amplify your alarm in the morning and avoid oversleeping!

10. Pick out your clothes the night before :)

11. Pack a lunch the first couple days! You don't know how packed your lunch period may be and you want to make sure you have time to eat in between classes.

12. Wear light makeup! You'll feel confident and more like yourself than if you walked in with caked on makeup and set that standard after seeing everyone for the first time again.
