For the past week, slogans such as “We want caste census; we want affirmative action”, “Jai Bheem”, and “Hum apnaa haq maangte, nahi kisi se bheek maangte” have been reverberating through the walls and campus of Ashoka University, in demand of a caste census, caste-based reservation, and other policies for social justice.
