Today we’re preparing a Homemade Biotin Powder that naturally boosts hair growth, gives glowing skin, and strengthens nails and overall immunity - completely chemical-free and packed with nutrition!

🥣 Ingredients Used
Fox nuts (Makhana) - 50g (rich in protein & biotin)
Roasted chana - 50g (great source of natural protein)
Peanuts - 50g (biotin and healthy fats)
Cashews - 50g (supports skin glow and hair strength)
Almonds - 50g (Vitamin E & Biotin for shiny hair)
*Watermelon seeds - 50g (zinc for skin health)
Pumpkin seeds - 50g (protein & magnesium)
Flax seeds - 50g (omega-3 fatty acids for smooth skin)
Sunflower seeds - 50g (Vitamin E for glowing skin)
Walnuts - 10g (Omega-3 rich for healthy scalp)
Pistachios - 10g (antioxidants & healthy fats)
Chia seeds - 10g (fiber, omega-3 & calcium)
🍳 Preparation Method
1. Lightly roast all dry ingredients (except chia seeds) on low flame for 3-5 minutes until you get a mild nutty aroma.
2. Allow them to cool completely.
3. Add all roasted items to a mixer grinder, along with chia seeds.
4. Grind to a fine powder.
5. Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 1 month in a cool, dry place..

Take 1 tsp daily with warm milk or water in the morning or before bed.
