To support their cause in alleviating hunger across Malaysia, Tesco has been providing Kechara Soup Kitchen (Kechara) with unsold edible food since 2016. With food surplus collected from our stores on a daily basis, Kechara together with Tesco has helped 12,387 underprivileged individuals and families. This Chinese New Year, we want to give more Malaysians the opportunity to give back to the community through the Gift of Prosperity. Your purchase of either the RM25 or RM50 Gift of Prosperity containing basic essentials such as rice, tuna, vermicelli noodles, oats and more will be delivered to charity homes throughout the nation including Tong Sim Senior Citizens Care Centre, Persatuan Kebajikan Penyayang Kulai, Penang Home for the Infirm and Aged and Ebenezer Home Care Centre to name a few.
