Описание: In 1963, long before the Hudson River landing, a Soviet Tu-124 passenger plane lost its landing gear and ran low on fuel over Leningrad. The pilots had no choice but to ditch in the Neva River in the city center. They expertly landed on the water without hitting any bridges while thousands watched from the banks. All passengers were evacuated safely—no one was injured. It was the USSR's "Miracle on the Neva." Comment if you knew this.
