Boneless Pork Meat ( with fat ) - ½ kg
For marination:

Kokum / Garcinia Indica - Around 6 to 8 petals
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 3
Bedgi Red Chillies - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cumin / Jeera seeds - ¾ tsp
Black Peppercorns - ½ tsp
Cloves - 6
Tamarind - 1 inch ball
Warm Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Sugar - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - 1 ¼ cups / 310 ml
