Circa 2009 at Z's Birthday Bash right here in Houston Texas I had the honor of sharing the stage with Karim Nagi for the first time.
This man was hugely influential in helping me see the finger cymbals as the AMAZING instrument they are (and is still one of my very favorite sagat players to this day!)
