This video shows the step by step process to set and adjust the fluid heaters on a plural-component protective coatings sprayer. Once you have the machine set for the local ambient temperature, it's ready to go for the next day.
Follow along to learn how to set the Fluid heaters on your Plural Component Sprayer:
1. Before starting to turn on the heater, verify that it is off.
2. Turn on the particular heat zone
3. Go to the heater and turn up the knob until the green light turns on and turn on the machine
4. Turn the heater up more until receiving the temperature you want
5. Once close to 25 degrees from spray temperature, increase the flow rate to 1 GPM
6. Once you’re done for the day, go turn off the heat zone and you’re ready to go
