Real Time Colouring - Vintage Fairies with watercolour and chalk pastel

Описание: Disclaimer: Again I'm filming with my new tablet but this time I'm also using a newly bought stand that enables me to film from above ( still learning to use it, apologies for any wobbles ) and a new lapel microphone. I had hoped that the microphone wouldn't pick up the ticking of our living room clock but it seems it does. I'm sorry if that is distracting - I'll try to remember to remove it next time. I've also adjusted colours slightly in editing as they were a bit washed out due to filming late in the day.

Something a little bit different today. After a stressful couple of days I wanted to relax and colour something simple and fun so i went for this easy image from the Vintage Fairies colouring book. I'm unsure of the artist - it doesn't seem to be any of those mentioned on the back of the book, but it's signed L.M Hine. This was super fun to colour even though the paper wasn't the best for watercolour and I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Not my usual fairly realistic portrait pages but sometimes simple is what you need :)

edit - After uploading I've noticed a slight editing mistake at around the 1hr 7min mark where my video is not properly centred on screen. It doesn't last very long so please ignore my late night sloppy editing. I promise to do better next time :)

Materials used : Windor and Newton travel watercolour set, chalk pastel, white gel pen, gold sharpie and dovecraft glitter glue in crystal.
