The Supreme Court has decided to revisit its 2013 verdict on Article 377. This comes after a writ petition was filed by five members of the community, who said that they lived in fear of the police because of their natural orientation. An SC constitution bench will review the plea and the SC has issued a notice to the Centre seeking its position.
