Do this circuit 3X for full workout or do 3 sets of each workout. Glute activation is essential for growing those butt muscles! I do this whenever I do leg day or before I lift heavy. Remember to eat after!
Equipment is optional
Equipment used: 10 lb kettlebell, 10 lb dumbbells, 4 lb ankle weights, Bally Fitness booty band.
