This was originally box fan noise that I carefully recorded from the box fan next to my bed. It has then been carefully deepened and enhanced for aiding with focus and getting to sleep. It has the best effect when your speaker set includes a subwoofer ( headphones also work well ). This noise has been equalized to work with many phones and tablets to some degree. It is also great for aiding in meditations and in drowning out other annoying noises that may be in your current environment.
