It's been a little over a week since Helene came through and the last day of doing salvages before Milton comes since we're pulling our boats tomorrow afternoon. These jobs/videos aren’t in order anymore, but I think this is somewhere around the 17th salvage I’ve done in the last week, but not quite sure.
The owner of the boat was a firefighter in NYC on 9/11 and is currently undergoing chemotherapy for cancer caused by the events of that unfortunate day. Luckily, his BIL was able to come over and help me turn on the power to the lift so we could get this boat refloated for him and help alleviate some of his stress while he’s away getting treatment
