I set out to tour 2 of the lowest price new condo construction projects in Pattaya. The first on is So Origin in North Pattaya and is set to start construction. They are currently taking deposits and units are selling fast. The second is called VAY Potisan (Sansiri development). This has been completed, units are also selling fast but there are still a few foreign quota free hold units left. I haven't seen many new developments with prices this low in this area in a long time.
