Investigators say she built an underground logistical web in Delhi and Haryana, connecting with Kashmiri doctors and students through a Pulwama-based contact. Many of these individuals are now under the scanner for suspected involvement in the wider conspiracy behind the Red Fort attack.

Dr. Shaheen’s links reportedly extend to suspects who visited the Ayodhya Ram Temple, prompting agencies to trace her movements in Ayodhya, Lucknow, and other cities. Several doctors — including Dr. Mohamed Arif from Kanpur and multiple J&K-based practitioners — have been detained in coordinated raids across Anantnag, Kazighun and Shopian.
