THE CHALLENGE:
There was zero English on the menu and no official name — so we’re calling it the Pork Curry Rice Challenge.
All that mattered was simple:
4kg. 30 minutes. Finish it.
A mountain of dense rice, rich curry, and crispy pork — served up in the middle of Vietnam’s brutal heat. What looks simple on paper quickly turns into a serious test of pace, flavour fatigue, and mental grit.
No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just a massive plate and the clock ticking.
