Khajuraho, An Escape | Woah!

Описание: With mid semester exams just ended, my friend and I just up and left to somewhere to relieve the stress. That somewhere is Khajuraho. A town in Madhya Pradesh with a population of below 25,000. Which means less yet interesting people and peace and that's exactly what we needed.

Famous for the group of temples, which depict nagara-style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures. The Khajuraho group of temples were built together but were dedicated to two religions, Hinduism and Jainism, suggesting a tradition of acceptance and respect for diverse religious views among Hindus and Jains in the region.

Honestly, that's not why we went. I guess we needed an escape and we got one. Challenging ourselves further to cycle 50+ kms to Raneh Falls was an experience I shall remember for quite a while.

People often keep saying that there's no place to go or don't have the time. It's actually just priorities. They vary from person to person. For me, I want to see the world. :D
