Sometimes it takes me a long to time to make a decision about changing something on my mountain bike, sometimes I change things constantly! But having had clipless pedals on my bike for the last 4 years I didn't really want to change back to flats.
However it's time for a change, I've been learning bad habits and if I'm going to improve as a bike rider then this is how I'm going to do it. I'll be back to clips come the summer when I start challenging myself with racing, I'll make the adjustments to my cleat set up then.
