Is the Hero 9 Flat really Flat? GoPro color vs Flat profiles

Описание: Been using the Hero 9 quite a bit lately and noticed that the Flat profile is fairly saturated and lacks dynamic range. In fact switching to GoPro's color profile didn't show that much of a difference.
Here I've got 3 clips; Hero 9 GoPro color, Flat and Hero 4 Silver flat for reference. None of these are edited in anyway.
The next 3 clips have an adjustment layer, color correcting the Hero 4 Flat video.
Right at the end is a screenshot of the edit in Premiere Pro, showing how crushed the blacks are in the Hero 9 Flat video.
