There are many versions of a BEETLEJUICE COCKTAIL out there. Named after the titular character of the 1988 Tim Burton movie. Yeah sure we can make the most popular version and call it a day…but he’s the host with the most and Bartender Bruce has a better idea. Here’s his spin on the Beetlejuice cocktail. So grab your Zagnet bars, sit back and enjoy the insanity that is the Bar Talk and Cocktails Halloween Special. After that, make a cocktail and go watch Beetlejuice. It’s one of our favs!

BARTENDER BRUCE'S BEETLEJUICE COCKTAIL

HOW TO MAKE THE BEET FOAM
-------------
ADD TO A CREAM WHIPPER:
-EGG WHITE FROM 2 EGGS – 4 TBSP
-3/4 oz. (22.5ml) - LEMON JUICE
-3/4 oz. (22.5ml) - CLEMENTINE JUICE
-2 oz. (60ml) - BEET SYRUP

GIVE IT A SHAKE AND CHARGE WITH TWO N2O CREAM CHARGERS SHAKING ALONG THE WAY.

CHILL FOR 1/2 HOUR OR LONGER FOR BEST RESULTS BEFORE USING.

BEETLEJUICE COCKTAIL
-------------
IN A MIXING GLASS FILLED WITH ICE COMBINE:
-1 oz. (30ml) - BLACK VODKA – 40%
-1/4 oz. (7.5ml) - COINTREAU – 40%
-1/4 oz. (7.5ml) - PASSION FRUIT LIQUEUR– 20%
-1 oz. (30ml) - POMEGRANATE JUICE

STIR UNTIL WELL CHILLED.

FILL HALF OF A COCKTAIL GLASS WITH BEET FOAM AND STRAIN MIXING GLASS
OVER TOP.
