Students are able to work in Canada after Graduation with the help of the PGWP. The Post Graduate Work Permit is a vital component in gaining meaningful work experience or placing a student closer to their PR goals. Sometimes, students are not aware or may be misguided by agents with regards to meeting eligibility requirements for the PGWP. This case study is an example of a student being refused a PGWP because she took the wrong program. In the end, I have provided what we can learn from this case and what to consider things to consider going through the the study-to-pr pathway.
