Knee pain has become very common, especially among people who stand for long hours, walk excessively, or place repeated load on their knees during daily activities.
Many such individuals develop front knee pain, also known as Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.
The main causes include: • Tight quadriceps muscles
• Tight hamstrings
• Tight calf muscles
• Stiff hip and gluteal muscles
In this video, we demonstrate 4–5 simple stretching and mobility positions that can be done: ✔ 5 minutes in the morning
✔ 5 minutes in the evening
When performed regularly, these exercises help: ✔ Prevent knee pain
✔ Gradually reduce existing pain
✔ Improve knee movement and muscle balance
