Описание: Caught the frame dip that is signature con of ryzen CPUs on camera, recorded with Phone as i do not own capture card and i wanted to rule out screen recording causing any frame drops. This is AMD Ryzen problem in general which is partialy remedied with X3D chips but even they Dip frames from time to time, easiest way to cause dip is to whip mouse really fast but as done in this video Dip can happen with very little to no movement of mouse.
