Brandy Butter is so easy to make and is great with your Christmas pudding, cake, or even mince pies.
This is how to make easy brandy butter:
150g of very soft butter (not melted but very soft)
2 teaspoons
110g Icing sugar
First, beat your butter until it becomes pale. You really need to make sure it is pale. Then, to your butter, add in the icing sugar through a sieve, and also your brandy.
Beat that slowly until everything is nicely incorporated.
That's all you need to do! Now spread a nice layer on a piece of cake and enjoy.
