In Case you haven't noticed its getting cold outside!
Its getting Darker Earlier!
The Temperatures are Freezing at Night!
The windows on my car are Frosted in the Morning!

One way I always know its getting colder out and summer is over is the burn I feel on my lips when its Cold!

There are a few ways to stop your skin from drying out with the winter months approaching!

DON"T take long Hot Baths
DO take short Warm Showers

DON'T Rub your skin dry after your shower
DO Pat your skin dry after your shower and apply moisturizer when your skin is still wet
*this will lock more water into your skin along with the moisturizer

DON'T use Moisturizers and Creamy Body Washes with Fragrance
DO use Moisturizers and Body Washes with Simple Ingredients
*using perfumed moisturizers and body washes dries your skin out more
*use moisturizers with emollients like some Vaseline Products

DON'T Lick your Lips if they start burning from wind chap!
DO Protect your lips with a Chapstick with an SPF!
*if your lips do start burning drink alot of water it will fix your lips!
*a little bit of Neosporin with pain relief it should fix you up in a few minutes!

Last but not least this may be the most Important Thing to know!

Our Enemy is the Lack of Humidity in the Air during Fall and Winter!
My best advice to battle this is to use a humidifier in whatever room your hanging out in!
If you Don't have a Humidifier Boil a pot of water and let it steam up your kitchen!
