Boss and Noeul Rome Fanmeet Event

Описание: This weekend Rome was basically the capital of Thai BL fanmeets. William/Est, Aou/Boom, Boss/Noeul, Pooh/Pavel and Boat/Oat all in one place. Absolute chaos. I only had the budget for one event, so of course I chose my favorite: Boss and Noeul.

First important clarification because this confused a lot of people: the event was not in Rome city. It was in Fiumicino, near the airport, in the province of Rome. For future events, if you’re staying in Rome, get an Airbnb in Parco Leonardo. It’s right there, cheap, and will save your sanity. Trust me.

I bought two tickets, one for me and one for a friend who sadly couldn’t make it. The tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable, so that money just evaporated into the void. I even asked if I could at least get the second goodie bag, since it was already paid for, but they wanted emails, documents, and confirmation from my friend, who was unreachable that day. So yes… double wasted. Pain. Real pain.

Organization wise, things were confusing. There were multiple events happening at once, and the schedule wasn’t explained clearly at all. I literally found someone on Instagram who told me when to arrive to get my ticket. For the rest, most of us just followed people who had attended events the day before and hoped for the best.

The day started with ticket pickup. Tickets were named, and they checked IDs everywhere, so everyone ended up keeping their documents inside their badge. This is also where you leave gifts for the actors. I left my drawings of Boss and Noeul with a little message on the back. I really hope they liked them 🥹

Next was the photo session, which was tiered:
Highest tier: solo photo with both actors + autograph
Next tier: solo photo with both actors
Next: group photo with 4 people
Next: group photo with 10 people
Lowest: no photo

I had the Black Pass, so group photo with 9 other people. I sat next to Noeul. I wanted Boss, but honestly, sitting next to Noeul is still a win in my book. The photo itself was super quick, but your heart is doing parkour the entire time.

After that, there was waiting time. The lobby turned into a fan paradise. People signing flags, notebooks, banners, shirts, exchanging gifts, handing out freebies. And yes, I turned into a freebies goblin and collected everything like my life depended on it.

Then we went into the show room. Seats were randomly assigned and printed on your pass, so no need to camp or queue. The place was packed anyway. I had an AMAZING seat. One girl showed me videos from William/Est and Aou/Boom walking through the rows, exactly where I was sitting. I was ready. Emotionally prepared.

Except… Boss and Noeul were the only ones who didn’t walk around. Internally sobbing. She even sent me videos of Pooh/Pavel and Boat/Oat walking right past her seats. For once, I had perfect seats and nothing happened. I will never emotionally recover from this (lol).

The show itself was fantastic. They sang OSTs from their show, their singles, did Q&A, and played games. Highlights:

Pepero game: Boss was NOT losing. Determination incarnate.
Guess the word game: Boss won (obviously), and Noeul had to do a cute scene as punishment.
A completely silent moment ruined by a security guard’s walkie-talkie yelling “FRANCESCO” at full volume. Everyone, including Boss and Noeul, turned to stare. The poor guard hid behind a column. I felt that embarrassment in my soul.

Honestly, the funniest moments were just Boss’s facial expressions. He has literal facial subtitles. You can see when he understands nothing that’s being said. He’s so unintentionally funny and adorable.

The event ended with Hi-Touch for those who paid, and Hi-Bye for the rest (waving as they walk out). I was Hi-Bye, but I was first in line after Hi-Touch and they didn’t check my pass… so I accidentally gave both Boss and Noeul a high-five 😭✨

Outside was pure chaos in the best way. Screaming, squealing, exchanging stories, trading videos like photocards, handing out and collecting even more freebies. People heading to other events, me lingering to grab everything before finally leaving.

Despite the confusion and the money pain, it was so worth it. I loved every second.
