Описание: Week 6 of #quarantinecontent starts off with one of the most basic lessons you can imagine: lots of people have been asking me how to hold their poi! Here I drill down what I consider to be the best way to hold poi (at least for the style that I do) as well as several other methods I've seen used with varying degrees of popularity. We're going to take this week to fill in some gaps before jumping into a month and a half on body tracers, flowers, and many more poi tricks!
