Описание: On short notice I decided to visit Nepal to promote my new Trekking Nepal app and while in-country I figured a short trek was called for. So, for this adventure I decided to do the 7-day Annapurna Base Camp Trek (also called the Sanctuary Trek). This series starts in Kathmandu (with Banksy graffiti perhaps), busing to Pokhara and then trekking into the Annapurna Sanctuary. This is part 1 of 6 videos.

I return to Kathmandu after 6 years and I find politics is still prevalent.
But lots of other things are changing.
And religion is still active and manual labor remains.
Small vendors still thrive.
As does sports.
A balance of control & chaos.
Time to go to Pokhara.
Rest stop entertainment.
Pokhara is the jump off point for the Annapurna treks.
