Shri Giriraj Singh, Minister of State (I/C) for MSME, welcomes Foreign Delegates to the International SME Convention 2018 at a dinner organized in Hotel Crowne Plaza, New Delhi

The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is organizing the First ever International SME Conventions 2018 (ISC 2018) from 22-24TH April 2018. The event is being supported by many eminent International SME organisations across the globe.

The International SME Convention will be hosting over 400 entrepreneurs from India and 150 participants from around 31 countries. All the States have also been invited to participate in the convention to enable them to invite International companies to setup their facilities and apprise them of their respective Industrial policies.

The International SME Convention 2018 is a full-fledged platform for intensive business discussion, trade cooperation and collaborations between International entrepreneurs and select entrepreneurs from India. The best of Indian SMEs chosen from among the top 10,000 SMEs program of the India SME Forum along with international delegates with Innovative / High Technology products and services, interested in finding Partners or those looking to penetrate Indian Markets, are participating at this convention. The convention has a specific focus on inclusion of MSMEs in the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s ‘Make in India’ program & empowering Women Entrepreneurs.

The Ministry has engaged with over 35 International Trade Development organisations to attract and invite able and willing entrepreneurs and encourage people to people contact with selected Indian Entrepreneurs from key sectors of the International counterparts.
