PREPARATION
Meen mutta thoran(Dish with fish egg)
Clean the egg with vinegar very nicely and remove the black part from it. Then cut the egg into small pieces/ Heat a pan/add oil/mustard/ginger/green chilly/curry leaves/onion (1 or 2) /then add cumin seeds /saute it till it become golden brown //turmeric powder / add fish egg /put grated coconut/close with the lid/and let it cook for 5 -10 minutes/finally add coriander powder (optional) to remove the bad taste of the egg if so/ then our dish is ready to serve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
