The song is a Tyrolian/Tirolian folk song called "In die Berg bin i gern" which is a favorite in the senior home I visit. It's means "I enjoy being in the mountains" and speaks first of the flowers that bloom, moves into how watching the snow leave and spring comes and being able to visit the Alms (cabins with great local food and atmosphere). The last line is about missing someone you love and hoping they think of you.
