The payroll period averaged will be the calendar year 2019.

The CARES Act has officially been passed to help individuals and businesses during this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Included in the CARES Act is the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) which is a new loan category guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) that will be available for eligible businesses.
