There is real struggle as they can't find the services they need not to litter in the beautiful country. The couple also have trouble finding clean hot springs and nature spots. The lack of bins in public places is a worrying trend on the Island of Sardinia.

This episode sees us really struggle on Sardinia as we uncover a problem with the public services it provides. It isn't all doom and gloom though as we find some beautiful hot springs to relax in and enjoy.
