This is a special 21 Days Yoga Workshop which was organised by Rotary Club of Bombay Seacoast for members of Rotary Community and everyone else. The focus of these sessions is to learn and practice yoga asanas, pranayama, mediation and manage our diet so that we increase our immunity to fight against Covid-19 and all other infections/diseases.
The medical community is reactive which treats you and develops vaccines after the disease spreads. Yoga on the other hand is proactive and preventive in nature. It strengthens your body and makes it immune to all present and future diseases.
We will do 21 days of yoga sessions, one hour each day, completely focusing on boosting our immunity against Covid-19 and other diseases.
I will also include yoga for those who have recovered from Covid-19 as they need to gradually increase their fitness and immunity levels.
