Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis #58 - Ostorea Throne Room [Path B] - (No Commentary)

Описание: Inside the throne room, Rictor is waiting, and Alphonse is clearly not pleased to face him. Rictor starts talking, revealing everything about the Sacred Spear. He explains how his father discovered it fifteen years ago, and how Naris Batraal only learned of it later. He even mentions Lucius Batraal, who once ran away with a mermaid, saying the spear’s secret was passed down through their bloodline. According to Rictor, Naris would never have known about it if he had killed his brother.
Rictor eventually demands the Sacred Spear, but since Alphonse doesn’t have it, the battle begins. It looks rough at first, but it’s manageable. The Witch can use Petrifying Cloud, one of the knights carries a rare Dragon Helm, and Rictor himself uses Ignis Fatuus, the only virtue summon in the game. Taking out the mages early makes things easier since the Witch charge Rictor's MP with Fluid Magic. Rictor isn’t too dangerous on his own and can be taken down with physical attacks.
After the fight, Alphonse throws a spear beside Rictor, revealing it’s nothing but iron and not divine at all. He explains the real spear was taken long ago and that this one is just the Lasanti family crest.
Then things get weird when Malicia, Rictor’s fiancée, appears, but only Ivanna and Rictor can see her. Alphonse doesn’t notice her at all, and Ivanna realizes she’s an illusion. The fake Malicia releases a shockwave that strikes both Alphonse and Ivanna before taking Rictor away.

"Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis" (タクティクスオウガ外伝 ザ・ナイト・オブ・ローディス) is a TRPG for the GBA and a prequel to the Ogre Battle series. You play as Alphonse Loeher, a soldier from Lodis who discovers the harsh truth about his country’s treatment of the land of Ovis and eventually stands against his former allies. The game is mission-based, with battles fought on grid maps where smart use of character classes and stats is the key to victory.
