Old school English Electric action here! See the loco change on this Pathfinder Railtour at Crewe as Class 40 loco D345 40145 replaces a pair of West Coast liveried Class 37's before heading off for Newcastle.
The class 40 arrived the previous day from East Lancs Railway as was stabled overnight near Gresty Road sidings. The loco passes through the up/down goods loop before the class 37's arrive with the coaching stock from Burton-on-Trent.
