Christmas 2016 was a reminder that not all heroes wear capes—some wear headsets, uniforms, or scrubs. 🌟 This vlog is my tribute to all the dedicated souls who traded holiday celebrations for service: my fellow call center agents, OFWs, security guards, food crew, and hospital workers. You all deserve the warmest MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Working in the BPO industry during the holidays isn’t easy. It means showing up for the night shift while missing family moments, but we make it meaningful in our own way.
