UK Christians sometimes look at their brothers and sisters in America and wonder why the church is so much more politically active on issues like abortion and sexuality. Are ‘culture wars’ part of the church’s calling or an unhelpful distraction? As agents of God’s peace, should Christians engage in ‘culture wars’ or focus on evangelism? Dr P. Andrew Sandlin addresses these questions theologically and Biblically.

We are joined by Christian Concern’s Chief Executive, Andrea Williams, Head of Public Policy, Tim Dieppe and Christian Legal Centre client Dr David Mackereth for the Q&A session.

Gospel Issues is Christian Concern’s seminar series launched last year to inform and equip the church on issues that Christians are facing today. Whether we are aware of it or not, society is changing at a rapid rate, and many Christians are finding themselves at odds with the truths of the Bible and what is being accepted and promoted in modern society.
