250g Vegetable shortening روغن نباتی جامد
130g I cup icing sugar پودر بوره
2 medium Egg yolk زردی تخم مرغ
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder پودر هل سبز
90g Yogurt ماست
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder بیکینگ پودر
500g (4cups) Plain flour آرد سفید

Egg wash:
1 medium Egg yolk زردی تخم مرغ
1 teaspoon Yogurt ماست
